Master Bathroom

Before
After

The master bath had not been updated since the house was built in 1940. Aged and cracked tile adorned the tub surround and the floor. Ripping out and retiling would have been an enormous expense so we fauxed it all to look like stone.

Faux “slate” over ugly cracked tile floor using easy to apply plasters and sealant.
“Stone” troweled over bath surround and sealed for longtime durability.
Textured wood grain added to trim and door.
Hinge moldings and decorative grate.
Faux hanging plate complete with “hanger”.
Painted iridescent sky expands the space.
A lightweight glue–on “carved stone” was attached to tubfront.
Faux stone toilet seat.
Faux stone sink.
Bronzed pipes and fixtures.

These are just some of the many transformations done by the artists.
