Gentlemen's Room

Before
After

This long basement room had extremely low ceilings (6.5 feet). The white walls and trim made the room uninviting, and the lack of any windows made it dark and claustrophobic. The overall transformation was dramatic.

We painted a faux rug on the floor, however it made the room seem cold. Oriental Rugs & More, Inc. donated a faux silk legends rug, currently in the house that is gives the room a warm, cozy feeling.
The room now feels lighter, the ceilings higher and folks want to sit and stay a while—proving once again that life is too short for white walls!

Faux luminous “wood” panels painted right over the drywall.
“Leather” panels of lincrusta paper surrounded with upholstery tacks.
Ventless fireplace with painted drywall surround.
Silver leafed, antiqued glass attached to ceiling.
Up lighting and décor add to masculine feel of the room.
Faux “satin fabric padded” doors.
Faux dogs lie by the fireplace.
Masters Style painting of grouse above the fireplace.

These are just some of the many transformations done by the artists.
